Learn all about how to bid in our auctions and arrange consignment!
Everything you need to know can be found below!
Bidding
Our auctions take place online. To bid, you will register with HiBid.com when our auction is live. Our auctions are typically held approximately every two weeks, and they run for an average of five days.

In the final hours of the auction, items will begin closing with the highest bids on each item. All items are sold "as is" and all sales are final. We encourage every bidder to read our Terms and Conditions prior to bidding, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Each auction, we offer in-person preview hours at our location in Secretary, Maryland. You may examine items and lots up close prior to purchasing.

At the end of each auction, bidders will be expected to pick up their items in person during specified hours unless shipping arrangements are being made. Winning bidders will be expected to pay for their items upon their arrival on pickup day. Winning bidders of any items being shipped will be contacted shortly after the close of the auction to arrange payment for the items and shipping.
Consignment
If you have vintage items, antiques, collectibles, nice furniture, jewelry, or other unique items that you might be interested in selling at our auction, we ask you to contact us! Please consider sending us photos of your items if possible, and we can discuss consignment. We cannot guarantee we will accept every item, however, we encourage you to always ask us about an item even if you think it may not be valuable. We highly discourage anyone from throwing away any items.

When it comes to consignment, we receive a 25% commission. Your portion will be 75%.

Please be aware, our bids start out at $6.00. For particularly special items, we may discuss reserve (minimum) bids, but we generally encourage a low starting bid.

If you are unsure of your ability to bring consignment items to our facility, still contact us! We may be able to arrange pickup of items, but there would be set fees for this (transportation and/or extra hired help) that we can go over with you.

If your items have gone through one auction and some items remain that have not sold, we will need to have a plan in place for such items. You may either pick up remaining items on pickup day or choose to leave them in our care to donate to local charitable organizations and recycle at our discretion. We do try our best to sell all items in our auction, but we cannot make guarantees that every item will receive bids. In some instances, we may choose to list an item in a second auction if it did not receive a bid the first time. This decision is made at our discretion as well.
Following the close of an auction, a check will be issued to you for your portion of any items that sold. You can expect this payment within an average of two weeks. You will likely be contacted to pick up your check at our facility.
